Since aquiring the property in 2004 the Stevens family have worked meticulously to ensure privacy yet functionality for all that Oldberrow Manor offers today.

From the unique facility of the way the farm element functions with adjoining land, to the infrastructure and active water harvest and utilization provisions contained on the property with further emphasis on energy renewables. All water is collected from the buildings and grounds to go towards maintaining peak conditions for our fish life.

Solar panels, PV roofing and wind turbine technology enhances our efforts towards power generation as well as underground heat source equipment. We have made every effort for occupiers in the work place or residing here to have as much privacy as possible.
